Fortnite is finally back in the U.S. iOS App Store after five long Fortnite-less years. Apple approved the return of Epic Games' popular battle royale on Tuesday, enabling U.S. iPhone users to join the battlefield for the first time since 2020.
On top of all the problems, Fortnite is not available to all iOS users who use the search function in the App Store. For some reason, the game can be downloaded through the direct link, yet it doesn’t appear after users search for it. However, this is likely a temporary issue that will soon be fixed by Apple.
The legal drama might continue in one way or another, but Fortnite is out now on iOS after nearly five years away.

Fortnite maker Epic Games has announced that Apple has blocked the game’s return to iOS. Following the rejection, Fortnite is no longer available on iPhones and iPads even in the European Union, where it had previously been available to download through the Epic Games Store.
