In Game 2 of the Western Conference Semifinals, Minnesota had full control over Golden State, having a lead as large as 25 points. The Timberwolves didn't come away without an injury scare, however, as star shooting guard Anthony Edwards went down in the second quarter with an ankle injury.

THE MINNESOTA TIMBERWOLVES The Timberwolves are right back in the thick of things, and best of all, their injury scare to Anthony Edwards was just that -- only a scare. Minnesota knotted up its series with Golden State at one game apiece with a 117-93 win over the Stephen Curry-less Warriors.

Many were shocked at Edwards' quick return to the court, considering how his ankle injury looked in real-time. Timberwolves star forward Julius Randle put it simply when asked about his return. “He’s Wolverine," Randle told ESPN after the game.
