Live Nation has added Trump loyalist Richard Grenell to its board of directors amid a criminal antitrust probe conducted by the Justice Department. Grenell—installed by President Donald Trump as head of the Kennedy Center in February—was appointed to the board on Tuesday.

The center’s new president said prosecutors should look at its “criminal” debt and deferred maintenance, as the center announced dance and theater offerings that include some with nonunion casts.

After Grenell and President Trump attacked the Kennedy Center’s former leadership at the White House, former center president Deborah Rutter called the claims false.
