The 76ers keeping their first-round pick following Monday’s dramatic draft lottery provides them with optionality. The most straightforward, of course, is taking a player at No. 3, where Rutgers wing Ace Bailey and Baylor guard VJ Edgecombe are the most popular choices among outside evaluators and those who compile mock drafts.
